Every organization needs a newsletter. It's not in the Bylaws
or Articles of Incorporation, but it's sort of an unwritten
rule that you need a newsletter. It tells people who you are
and lets them keep track of what you do.
In the case of The Scoop, we want to keep the anyone who's
interested up-to-date on our Adoptables and the things we're
doing to support them and the community.
Every issue (which will be published "every so often")
will have rescue and adoption stories in the feature "Cat
Tales." In issue 2, we'll launch "For Critter's Sake,"
a column by animal behaviorist Tara Lang, who will answer questions
and offer advice. We will highlight the activites of the Board
of Directors and keep our "We Need It" List updated,
and more.
