Admissions Policy

Safe Harbor Animal Sanctuary accepts cats/kittens/dogs/puppies for incoming adoptions depending on space availability.

The sanctuary director or another authorized representative will need to see and evaluate the animal before admission. You will be asked to provide all the information you know about the animal.

There is no charge for surrendering an animal to Safe Harbor, but any donation you can make toward the care and upkeep of the pet would be greatly appreciated. Individuals unable to afford a monetary donation often donate food, litter or other supplies, or make a commitment of their time by becoming a Sanctuary Volunteer.
